The best part about building with steel is what you can do on the inside. Because the heavy structural steel carries all the weight out on the exterior perimeter walls, you don’t have interior load-bearing walls dictating where your rooms have to go. We take care of the entire build from the ground up. We start by clearing the timber, doing the dirt work right, and pouring a stout, heavily reinforced concrete slab built to handle our temperamental ground. From there, we stand the heavy steel frame, button up the commercial-grade metal siding, and spray thick, closed-cell foam insulation right to the metal. That airtight seal keeps your home whisper-quiet during heavy thunderheads and keeps your electric bill from making you sweat through July and August.

We pour high-strength concrete slabs with rebar reinforcement and thickened footers, meaning you can drop a two-post vehicle lift or park heavy machinery without worrying about the concrete cracking under the strain. We can also add insulated wall and roof panels to keep the shop comfortable year-round, set up lean-tos on the side for parking equipment out of the rain, and frame out an upstairs mezzanine loft for extra storage.
